By purchasing tickets to a Sparkling Soirée Co. event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by Sparkling Soirée Co.
If an event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event, at Sparkling Soirée Co.'s discretion.
Events may be photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for Sparkling Soirée Co. to use photographs or video that may include you or your child unless you notify us in writing before the event.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Sparkling Soirée Co., its staff, performers, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages that may occur during the event.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Sparkling Soirée Co., its owners, employees, performers, volunteers, and venue partners from any claims or liability arising from attendance or participation.
